Welcome to Chimatata (www.chimatata.in), an authorized dealership website for Tata Motors vehicles. By accessing our website, booking a vehicle, or scheduling a service, you agree to follow the rules below.
1. Vehicle Bookings and Cancellations
- Token Amount:Any online booking or reservation amount paid through this website is an initial token of interest. It does not guarantee immediate vehicle delivery or allocate a specific chassis number until verified by our physical showroom.
- Refunds:Booking cancellations and refunds are subject to standard Tata Motors policy and any handling fees applicable at the time of cancellation.
2. Pricing and Price Hikes
- Ex-Showroom vs. On-Road:Prices listed on the website are usually ex-showroom estimates. Final “on-road” prices (including road tax, registration, insurance, and accessories) will be calculated at the showroom.
- Price Adjustments:Vehicle prices are controlled by Tata Motors. The final price of the vehicle will be the price applicable on the actual date of delivery, not the date of your online booking.
3. Test Drives and Service Appointments
- Booking a test drive or service appointment online does not guarantee the immediate availability of a specific vehicle or time slot. Our team will contact you to confirm your slot.
- To take a test drive, you must present a valid physical Indian Driving License at the time of the appointment.
4. Relationship with Tata Motors (OEM)
- Chimatata is an independent authorized dealer. While we showcase Tata Motors products, logos, and specifications, all vehicle warranties, manufacturing defects, and recalls are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, Tata Motors Ltd.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We make every effort to keep vehicle specifications, mileage claims, and color choices accurate based on manufacturer data. However, actual vehicle details may vary slightly.
- We are not liable for any delays in vehicle delivery caused by factory production schedules, transit delays, or government RTO registration procedures.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes concerning bookings or services through this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our physical dealership registered office is located.
